General Terms

• To reserve any room it should cover the total stay through a credit card. Full payment for extras during the stay will be required at the time of departure.
• The reservation fee will appear on your statement as Conekta BTC in local currency (MXN).
• If costs are expressed in USD the charge will appear on your statement in USD at the exchange rate on the date of the transaction;​ provided directly by Conekta in which BTC has no interference.
• After completing the reservation process you will receive a confirmation in your email address, which will serve as pr​oof​​ upon arrival at the Hotel.
• Room assignments will be made according to the availability of the hotel, not​ to​ be confirmed occupations and number of beds.

Changes in Reservations

• To make changes to your Hotel booking, will have to​ request it in​ a​ written form (signed and dated), these will not be considered definitive until ​you have received ​a written ​confirmation from us​.
• The changes are subject to hotel availability and cancellation policies expressed in this document.
• Changes to cause a reduction in the number of nights will be considered cancellations.

Booking Cancelations

• Cancellations must be requested in writing to email acuarios2024@btcamericas.com and will not be considered until you have received a written​ confirmation from us​.
• Reservations cancelled prior 90 calendar days, will not be charged.
• Reservations cancelled between 89 and 60 calendar days prior the event will have a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night’s stay at the hotel. The refund will be made directly to the card with which the initial reservation was made.
• Reservations cancelled between 59 and 30 calendar days prior the event will have a cancellation fee equivalent to 2 night’s stay at the hotel.
• Reservations cancelled between 29 calendar days and arrival will have a cancellation fee equivalent to whole stay at the hotel. No refunds will be made.
• Not arrive at the reserved date is considered as NO SHOW and cause​s​ the whole stay charge. No refunds will be made.
• No refunds will be made for early departures.
• The hotel will not consider changes or cancellations requested directly.

• Rates include taxes and tips.
• The room and view type is assigned upon arrival.
